Annual Meeting: Bowery is great/ maybe desert potluck next time.
VRBO Discussion: Fine schedule reference website/ document/ & tie in collection process. Austin will share doc via email & Kendall will share his vrbo ccr’s we will review and everyone will share thoughts via email.
Water: Bill will get water meter info for Alexis and push to get the agreement from Pleasant View City.
CCR’s: Will include the additional 3 lots.
